HBI was founded by the National Association of Home Builders and funded by the Department of Labor to create free pre-apprenticeship training programs for different communities to learn homebuilding skills and end the labor shortage. Over the years we have continued to build out our programs offering and expanding our footprint in the construction industry. From innovative initiatives to strategic partnerships\, we remain committed to building careers and changing lives. \n\nNina will share how they prepare transitioning service members\, veterans\, and their families for meaningful careers in the building trades.
