Lane Macy Kiebaber- Exec Director of Coastal Community Foundation at SDF

Lane serves as the Executive Director, Coastal Community Foundation at San Diego Foundation, where she is responsible for enhancing the quality of life in North San Diego County by directing philanthropic efforts toward community needs.

As Executive Director of Coastal Community Foundation, Lane led the organization through a transformative period, including strategic planning to enhance sustainability and operational efficiency. Her leadership culminated in a successful merger with San Diego Foundation. Lane’s career is marked by transformative leadership, beginning with the U.S. Olympic Committee and extending through roles with private foundations and nonprofits. As founder of Red to Black Consulting, Lane has launched and revitalized over 25 initiatives and organizations, equipping them with strategies for long-term growth and impact. Her expertise spans strategic planning, donor cultivation, program development, financial management, and nonprofit governance.
Lane holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from California State University, Northridge, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Management from the University of Colorado.
