Crime Stoppers – Tracie Arlington

Tracie Arlington serves on the Board of Directors for San Diego Crime Stoppers and is the Founder and Lead Instructor of Play It Safe Defense. A black belt in Tae Kwon Do, Tracie has been empowering children, teens, and women through self-defense and personal safety education since 2003—reaching hundreds of thousands across the county. She is a nationally certified instructor with the Women’s Self-Defense Institute and is recognized as a trusted expert on self-defense and family safety. Tracie has shared her expertise on national platforms, including appearances on Dr. Phil and The Doctors.
